REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ace Autos.

Returns
We do not accept returns. Every product is quality-checked before it is dispatched.

Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at aceautos07@gmail.com or 9136490240 with photos/videos of the issue, and we will replace the item at no extra cost.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
As we do not offer returns, refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g. the item is out of stock). Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
